These people have no food to eat no clothes to wear no house for shelter no schools for education and no hospital for treatment. These people unable to manage food even for one time of the day. These people spend their life below poverty line. Having no hopes, lived without dreams there is no caring family and no education. Freezing to death or lost to drugs, crime and suicide... This is the life of these poor people of rural area.

Poverty is widespread in Pakistan and is particularly predominant in rural areas. Nearly two thirds of the population, and 80 per cent of the country’s poor people, live in rural parts of the country.
In 2004-2005 the government estimated that nearly 24 per cent of the people were living below the national poverty line. The percentage of poor people had declined about 10 per cent since 2001, but health and education indicators remained low in comparison with other countries in South Asia.
Orphanages Some One would think that those words would mean a safe haven for those children that have met with hardships. Or perhaps a cool dry place to sleep and have a hot meal until they can return to a functional family and books are always in their hands. Unfortunately the condition of Orphanages in Pakistan is very bad nobody here to look after the orphanages it usually means a shower that consists of a rusty sink running extreme hot water, and toilets that are no more than a broken bowl requiring a bucket of water to flush. The weather of this place is very extreme hot for 8 months which create more problems for children and us. No walls for privacy, no cold water, and don’t forget the water leaking through the rotting floor into the boys’ bathroom below. It means minimal food, minimal staff, and minimal support from State and government agencies, overcrowding, and hopelessness. If one dares to venture to the remote areas, they would find that the many facilities that exist to support the orphaned, homeless and needy children are all but forgotten. Many of the orphanages have given up asking for help from the State and rely on their own resources and ingenuity to survive. Most of the buildings that house orphans require major renovations to keep the roof from falling in on the heads of the poor children. Some orphanages haven’t had any major repairs done in over 10 years!! They’re out of date and out of building Code, which can even threaten their continued existence. Changing the quality of life in these shelters is very easy and very much needed. Your contribution gives these orphanages appliances, cooking range, washing machines, windows, doors, flooring, sinks, toilets, showers, books just to name a few.....

Food
Sharif trust® working hard for orphans and homeless child. Our aim is to provide food to those children who don’t know where the next meal will come from. They sleep hungry in the dark street or footpath of Pakistan there is no one that helps them. Currently we serve about 900+ child in our two organizations daily. And more than 29 villages.
Sharif trust® make more than five "Dastar-Khan" in four different city which provide free food to poor and hungry people across the country.
Clothes:
Clothes come in second number in basic necessities of life. Think about that child who changed their clothes only one or two times in day. But our organization makes every possible effort to provide them clothes.
Shelter
Sharif trust® currently operating two fully functional branches providing full shelter to the children. Our trust also bears the expenditures of maintence of room all electricity, gas, water bills etc. Our aim is to form more branches to provide better shelter facility.
Medical facilities
Medical facility is very import for child`s life Sharif trust build make every possible effort to provide valuable medical facilities to these helpless children and people. There are average 8 to 10 child cases per week arise which include vomiting, fever and injuries etc. To solve problems related to health we not only set up a dispensary also hired a qualified doctors in our organization and this can only become possible if the financial obligations of these doctor are taken care of by the Trust. Sharif trust also plans to forms an Ambulance Service to immediately rush serious child patients from organization to hospital and from remote areas to urban areas for better treatment of poor and hungry people.
Education
Education is viewed not only as means to rid our society of evils caused by ignorance and illiteracy. Sharif trust aims to bring social change. Sharif trust gives special attention to the education of orphans and homeless child. Sharif trust gives free education to all students at metric level (equaling to O level). Sharif trust provides those books, pen, copies, and school uniform and tuition fees free of cost.
Sharif trust® also making possible the good education facility in remote areas of the country.
ABOUT US Sharif Trust® is a registered non-profit charity that spends 100% of donations to provide basic necessities such as food, clothing, shelter, Health care and education to orphans homeless children and poor and hungry people living in the Pakistan.
